Creative Content Strategist
SiO Digital is seeking a data-focused Creative Content Strategist to conceptualize and marketing strategies that are designed to educate, nurture, and convert target buyers to leads. In this role, you will manage and produce branded, compelling, valuable, and targeted content for our clients’ ideal buyers across all parts of their buyer’s journey.
This position will service multiple clients and will sit within the organization’s creative division, reporting directly to the Content Marketing manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working understanding of social media platforms, experience in writing short and long-form content, experience in video marketing (pre and post production) and a brief knowledge of the influencer marketing space. - Ideating creative concepts for digital campaigns that align with the brand and lead generation tactics.
- Selecting the most effective creative assets for paid distribution, organic, email, social.
- Providing client creative feedback on photoshoots, blog copy, video shoots, etc.
- Ideating creative influencer marketing opportunities for clients
- Vetting, negotiating, contracting and locking influencer talent
- Managing influencers throughout the duration of a campaign

- Content Optimization based on data and insights
- Short and long-form content (blogs, email, social posts, ad copy)
- Own strategy, creation/procurement, publishing, and analysis of compelling content for target buyer personas across analytics functions, lines of business, and key verticals/horizontals that answers ‘prospects’ most pressing questions and challenges.
Adjust each client’s content based on their target buyer and brand
Hire and manage writers for each client
Create content calendars in Asana and schedule content accordingly
You will need:
2-3 years of experience in a comparable role preferred
- Think outside the box is a “MUST TO HAVE”
Video strategy and marketing background a plus
Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management
Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Asana, WordPress, and HubSpot
BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Must have demonstrated expertise in content-driven marketing, including working knowledge of content funnels, user journeys, and multi-media campaigns
